1. About WaqfDesk

WaqfDesk is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) ERP application developed and operated by SYSVORA SYSTEMS, a software company based in Vadodara, Gujarat, India. WaqfDesk is designed to help Waqf Trusts, Masjid Committees, Charitable Trusts, Islamic NGOs, and similar organizations manage their properties, finances, legal cases, and administrative records.

WaqfDesk is not a government portal, regulatory body, or official Waqf Board system. Use of WaqfDesk does not constitute registration with or approval from any government entity.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account or using WaqfDesk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the software. These terms apply to all users including Trust Admins, staff members, and any other authorized users of a registered organization.

3. Data Ownership & Privacy

• ✓ All data you enter into WaqfDesk belongs exclusively to your organization.
• ✓ SYSVORA SYSTEMS does not access, share, sell, or transmit your data to any third party, government body, or Waqf Board.
• ✓ Your data is stored on secured servers located in India.
• ✓ You can export your data at any time in CSV or PDF format.
• ✓ Upon account cancellation, your data will be retained for 90 days before permanent deletion.

4. Legal Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

WaqfDesk is provided as a management and record-keeping tool only. SYSVORA SYSTEMS is not responsible for:

• • Any legal, financial, or regulatory decisions made based on data in WaqfDesk.
• • Compliance with Waqf Act, Income Tax Act, FCRA, or any other law — users are responsible for their own legal compliance.
• • Inaccurate data entered by users or their staff.
• • Loss of data due to user error, unauthorized access, or force majeure events.

The software is provided “as-is” without any warranty, express or implied. SYSVORA SYSTEMS' maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the subscription fees paid in the last 3 months.

5. Subscription & Payments

• • WaqfDesk is available on monthly subscription plans (Starter, Growth, Premium, Enterprise).
• • New organizations receive a 14-day free trial with full access.
• • Subscription fees are due monthly. Non-payment will result in account suspension after 7 days.
• • Refund Policy: Refunds are available within 7 days of first payment only. No refunds after 7 days.
• • Plan upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use WaqfDesk to:

• ✗ Store or process illegal, fraudulent, or defamatory content.
• ✗ Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit the platform.
• ✗ Share login credentials between multiple organizations.
• ✗ Use the software to misrepresent affiliation with any Waqf Board or government.

7. Termination

SYSVORA SYSTEMS reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or misuses the platform. Users may cancel their subscription at any time; data export will be made available before deletion.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Vadodara, Gujarat, India.
